My online session is not coming up! What do I do?
This could be the result of any number of things. For example, is your computer turned on? How about your modem? Are you connected to the web? What the hell is a cookie?
It's a little nugget of informative goodness that our web servers toss onto your computer so they know who you are every time you load a page. Your computer must be configured to accept cookies (not necessarily ALL cookies, but our own at the very least) in order for the online proof process to work. Click here to read about how to make sure your browser is set to accept session cookies.
Can I use Argentum in conjunction with online casting?
Why, yes. Once you've got the setup you like and you're ready to get images over to casting sites, let us know. We can help set it up for you.
