You've browsed your online proofs. And you've tortured yourself over your choice of headshots. You've finally made your decision, now it is time to order.

Start by clicking the image you've chosen for your prints. A new window will open containing an enlargement of the image you've chosen. Here you can inspect the image a little more closely and preview different color choices. You can also rotate the image.
It is also possible to use this interface to page though other images in your photoshoot.

To configure your headshot and order retouching and or multiple prints click the retouching multiples button you'll then be taken to the retouching page if you need any retouching done. This is how you tell us. its the first step towards placing your order. all selections are checked by default be sure to uncheck the retouches you dont want. If you have any special requests or instructions used the provided space to enter them.

When you are ready to place the retouching order, click the order retouching button. You'll be taken to an order confirmation page. turn arounds for retouching takes at least 2-3 business days. When your retouching order is complete you'll receive notice via email. This email will contain a link to a preview page for your retouching job which offers a side by side comparison of your original image to your retouoched image. If you are satisfied with your retouching click the accept button. This takes you to the next step. multipes set up.

Now its time to set up your headshot exactelly as you want it. The first step is to decide whether you like the placement of the photo in the frame. use the slider tool to zoom in on the photo if you like or out. You can also drag the photo in the frame to make the photo off center or cover up the hand that looks weird.when youre done adjusting, click done.

On this page you will find an interface designed to help you achieve just the look you want for your prints. You can choose your image style, border style, border colors and options, font sizes, name placements and styles. use the tools provided to manipulate your image. for example use the drop down menu under border to choose between black border, white border, or borderless. notice that if you select the borderless option, a cropping tool appears. Use this tool to adjust the vertical cropping of your headshot if you need to.

Use the type tools to manipulate how you want your name to read or even if you want your name at all. For example use the drop down menu to select the font. Let's say we want to change olivia's name. Let's say we want to change it to Smith. You'll see that nothing changes when we write Smith in, in order to see the changes you made to all of the text, hit the update button. Let's say that since we changed Olivia's name to Smith, she got an agent. And we want to include their logo on our headshot. Use the agency drop down menu to select the logo of the agency. Let's say Olivia got Acme because they like Smith. Just click Acme and it will appear on the headshot. When you've arranged the headshot just how you want it. Click the Order Multiples Button to proceed to the order form.

Here is Where You Place Your Order. Make a final check of your headshot. Select quantities and shipping types, and proceed to payment. Enter the quantity of the images you wish to order by using the drop down menu. Prices will adjust accordingly. If the quantity of the images you order is greater than five, shipping is automatically selected as fed ex. If you desier any other service such as preparation of your image for online casting agencies, or would like to have your headshot mailed to you on cd, check the appropriate box. When you complete the order and select shipping mode, click submit. This opens an enlarged proof of your image. Inspect it carefully. This will be your final image. Make absolutely certain that everything is as it should be. There are no second chances once the order is placed. You'll be getting multiple copies of whatever you decide here. After you click the box approving your final image, Click Submit, then Submit again to proceed to the payment form.

At last you've reached the final stage. You have two payment options. If you already have a Pay Pal account, you can log in and use that account. If you don't already have a Pay Pal account, just enter your credit card information on the left hand side and you'll be all set. You dont have to have a Pay Pal account to pay for your order. All you need is a credit card.
