There is something truly remarkable about the way women lift each other up. Whether in moments of celebration or challenge, the quiet strength we offer one another is woven into the fabric of our lives. At ARgENTUM, we believe in the power of connection, the beauty of shared experiences, and how a single conversation can shift perspectives, inspire courage, and ignite change.
Recently, we gathered for an open-hearted conversation in our mini-series, 'In conversation with Joy, Hannah & Riley', where our founder, Joy, hosted a discussion with two incredible women, Hannah Cook and Riley Kate. Together, they explored their journeys in beauty, business, and motherhood.
In a space filled with warmth and understanding, Joy, Hannah and Riley reflected on the many roles women embody ~ leaders, nurturers, creatives, and dreamers ~ each one carrying its own depth and meaning.
As we move beyond International Women’s Day and look towards Mother’s Day, we take this time to reflect on the women who shape our lives every day ~ the ones who lead with kindness, share their wisdom, and challenge us to grow. In these relationships, we find our greatest teachers ~ mentors, mothers, sisters, and friends who remind us that we’re never alone.
Motherhood was a thread that wove its way through the conversation ~ each woman’s experience unique, yet bound by the same undeniable truth: that to mother is to give, guide, and grow. Hannah and Riley spoke about the delicate balance between career and caregiving, of striving for excellence while embracing the imperfect beauty of the journey.
“Women carry so much, but we don’t have to carry it alone. Sometimes, just knowing that someone else understands is enough to lighten the load. It’s not about having all the answers ~ it’s about standing beside each other, through the highs and the lows.”
Riley Kate
They laughed about the chaos, the lessons learned, and how motherhood had changed them, not just in how they love but also how they see themselves.
“I think we sometimes forget that support doesn’t always have to be loud — it can be a quiet presence, a knowing look, a shared moment of understanding. Some of the most powerful acts of support happen in silence, in simply being there.”
Hannah Cook
At the heart of it all was a simple yet powerful reminder: We rise by lifting each other. Just as fragrance can evoke memories and emotions, the presence of strong women in our lives leaves an imprint that lingers, shaping who we become.
“There’s such power in celebrating one another ~ not just for what we do, but for who we are. It’s easy to acknowledge achievements, but I think the real beauty comes in recognising the strength, the resilience, and the softness that makes each woman unique.”
Joy Isaacs
This season, we celebrate the women who inspire us ~ those who remind us to pause, breathe, and embrace strength and softness. Supporting one another, whether through small acts of kindness or bold displays of courage, is a gift we can offer.
To all the women who stand beside us, who uplift and empower, who hold space for one another ~ we see you, celebrate you, and thank you ~ always..
